Straight answers.

Is it safe for pets?

Yes. Warm (never hot) water, gentle pet-safe shampoo and conditioner in measured doses, a quiet dryer, and calming audio. The pet parent is inside with the pet the whole time — the machine only does the heavy lifting.

Does the community need to hire anyone?

No. It is fully self-service. Petgully handles installation, upkeep, consumables, the app, bookings, payments and customer support.

What space and utilities are needed?

About 80 sq ft (roughly 11 × 8 ft, 9 ft tall), one single-phase plug point, a water inlet and a drain. That's the entire list.

Who pays for washes?

Residents pay per wash in the Petgully app (or take a Spotless Prime plan). Under the hosted model the community pays nothing upfront and can earn a share.

How many pets can it serve?

Up to 30 sessions a day, 24 hours a day. In communities of 500+ units, typically 10–20% of homes have a pet — plenty of demand for one capsule.

What about water usage and drains?

The capsule uses far less water than a home bath, and its drainage design is built for fur, so nothing clogs the building's plumbing.

Can we buy one for our own project?

Yes — builders, facility operators and pet businesses can own a capsule with a consumables and maintenance subscription. Pricing on request.

How long does installation take?

Once the spot and utilities are ready, installation is a matter of days. Talk to us and we'll survey the site.
